We did well on senkos wacky and Texas rigged in bluegill or watermelon red and also creature baits, slow rolling 1 oz spinnerbaits chartuese and white with gold or siver blades, topwater was kvd bullet pops in the 80 size and choppos, small cranks all casting right to the bank.
Small cranks were as fast as you could crank with pauses and bigger cranks down to 17 feet reeled slow with pauses.
If you throw wacky and throw traps and smaller cranks you will have a blast, maybe rapala dt 10

After a short break for the holidays, we are back in action and the fish are biting.

We are getting reports of fantastic numbers with most boats reporting 60-100 bass per day per boat. The lure selection this season is as consistent as we’ve ever seen with cranks, topwater, spinnerbaits and plastics accounting for most of the fish. Moving baits are getting the better quality bites, and you can count on plastics to keep the bass coming!
